The United States economy has been in a slump for several years, even before gas prices began tanking. FinalDriveMotors.com expands customer service hours to meet demand for aftermarket motors

FinalDriveMotors.com announces they are responding to customer feedback by extending their support hours to 8:00AM - 8:00PM, including Saturdays. This expansion of their sales department has been driven by Increased demand for aftermarket final drive motors and parts.

According to president and founder Austin Davis, “When construction equipment breaks down, every hour can represent a substantial cost to the contractor. Machines don’t break down when you expect them to or when it is convenient for our customers.”

Mr. Davis explains that it is often a complicated process to match the right aftermarket motor to the machine. Manufacturers sometimes change the final drive motors used in production from one year to the next, or as they make changes to machines with the same model number/name. Simple design changes such as the number of bolts used to mount the final drive motor or the connection fittings cause frustration for customers trying to buy the right motor and get it installed quickly. It is imperative that our customer service team be available and knowledgable to guide the replacement process.
